  On April 19th, Hou Hui, Li Shufeng, Li Chunhua and other comrades, the responsible inspectors of the Education Supervision Office of the Changchun Municipal People's Government, gave online supervision to Changchun Foreign Language School on related work, and put forward guidance on high-level positions.

 

 

  (1) Instructor: Liu Zeyan, a graduate student of Northeast Normal University, joined in 2009, the city's teaching rookie, the second prize of the 8th National Primary and Secondary School Teacher Thesis Competition, the basic skills of experimental teaching in Jilin Province high school physics and chemistry students and the basic skills of innovative competition activities in experimental teaching First prize, served as an instructor in the National Brain Bee Brain Neuroscience Competition (All-British Textbook), and participated in the "13th Five-Year Plan" project of Jilin Province Education Science "Research on the Education Model Based on the Core Quality of "Healthy Life" in High School Biology Teaching".

 

 

  (2) Instructor: Zhou Xiaolin, who graduated with a master's degree from Northeast Normal University in 2020. Her public classes "May 4th Movement and the Birth of the Chinese Communist Party" and "The Rule of Law and Education in Ancient China" have been well received by teachers and students in the school. She adheres to the concept of "cultivating people by virtue" in her teaching, adhering to the warmth and respect for the past history, and forging ahead to educate young students in the new era.

  After listening to the whole class, several inspectors put forward pertinent and professional evaluation opinions regardless of their hard work: In this class, teachers are familiar with the functions and usage of the teaching platform, and students also have tools to meet their learning needs, and they are proficient in using them. The use of the means is very mature, and the online teaching has given sufficient training and preparation. In this class, teachers can formulate teaching design and learning task list according to the characteristics of online teaching and students' cognitive level. They can use the curriculum standards as the basis, highlight the student-centered approach, and conform to the actual online teaching. In teaching, teachers guide students to use mind maps to analyze, sort out, and solve problems. Through knowledge development training, they deepen their mastery of key points and enable students to establish a systematic knowledge system. Teachers attach great importance to cultivating students' historical materialism, time and space concept, and use historical materials to prove the reasons for the evolution, so that the core literacy of the subject can be implemented. This class can take the development of students as the starting point, combine lectures and practice, and effectively interact and communicate between teachers and students; the teaching ideas are clear, the key points are clear, the layers are clear, and the structure is rigorous; emphasis is placed on the guidance and motivation of learning methods; teachers have solid basic skills, and teaching methods and teaching content are organic integration.

  The three inspectors not only participated in and guided classroom teaching, but also carefully listened to the school's report on teaching and epidemic prevention work, checked the trace management records of related work, and put forward guiding opinions on one school, one policy according to the normative requirements and rich experience. It plays a leading and supervisory role and has the effect of promoting improvement.
